Warranty Servicing

You do not have to use a main dealership to keep your manufacturer’s warranty valid in the UK. Under the Motor Vehicle Block Exemption Order (MVBEO), you have the legal right to use any independent garage for servicing and repairs without voiding your warranty.

Your car must be serviced exactly according to the manufacturer’s specified intervals (e.g., every 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first). Missing a service or being late can give the manufacturer grounds to void the warranty.

We use “Original Equipment” (OE) or parts of “matching quality” to those used by the manufacturer. This includes using the correct grade and type of oils and fluids.

We service all major car brands including: Toyota, Volkswagen, Hyundai/Kia, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Honda, Ford, Fiat, Jaguar, Land Rover, Audi, Renault, Citroen, Peugeot, Seat, Volvo and Vauxhall.
